I was told International express would take 2-4 business days it’s taken 7 business days, that’s drastically different.

Paid for express delivery don’t know if it happened as my tracking number shows it’s still be processed which it shouldn’t as it should have arrived yesterday!

My parcel was sent from Benalla Victoria on Friday 9 August. It arrived in Greensborough Distribution Centre on Saturday 10 August. Still hasn't arrived in Woodend Victoria today 14 August.

This is the 2nd time this product will be shipped. First time I was inside the unit waiting for the delivery. I only heard 1 ring didnt even wait few seconds and his gone. Tried to catch up with him by running downstairs because I knew i could catch him up, the item is quite a big box but he is already gone. Then I received the message delivered no one at home. I don't think he has the intention of delivering the box since i knew he did not even carry it with him. Because if he does I will be able to caught him. My tracking number now is 33GF60003214. And pls ask your courier to wait at least couple of minutes before running away quickly. This didn't happen once since we live on the 2nd floor.

Parcel not delivered to address as per request. Staff had to pick the parcel from the Post Shop Mackay. We had no information sent to me explaining what happened to the parcel. Staff had to spend 30 min on the phone getting the parcel location!!!
