Parcel not delivered to address as per request. Staff had to pick the parcel from the Post Shop Mackay. We had no information sent to me explaining what happened to the parcel. Staff had to spend 30 min on the phone getting the parcel location!!!

Very unhappy. Documents inside the envelop were ruined because the envelop was folded in half and was forced iinto the mailbox which is very small for the documents. Very incosiderate and inefficient.
