I am so disappointed by the service. In the morning I got an sms that the parcel will be delivered before 12, now it is 20.15 with nothing. I have waited for more than 3 days for this parcel. No one cared to contact me.

Attempted delivery. This is not the first time. Its because they dont do what is ask on the parcels. If it is a delivery at a complex please Phone when in front of the gate. How is the client supose to know there is a delivery. Please amarex give your divers airtime or something.

Am very disappointed with your service, its been 2weeks now sunce i paid for custom clearance and tax but even today i dont have my parcel. I call and get promised to get my parcel so now all of the sudden i have to pay extra charges because am based in Limpopo.

I am extremely dissapointed in Aramex delivery service. I have been waiting since Friday 15 May for 2 parcels from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. These 2 parcels have still not been delivered to me. I had a very high regard for your delivery service but I think 5 days is a bit too long.
