Not very helpfull when i called...the person on otherside did not communicate clearly and didnt understand what i was saying.

I haven't received my parcel even now. It was collected from the shipper on the 8th of May and today it's the 18th. When I call them they never pick up. Please help I thought they take 2-3 days to deliver but now I'm very disappointed. I really need my parcel

I'm very disappointed about this courier, I won't refer anyone to them I'm still waiting for my parcel since last week Monday today it's day 7 nothing & they promise to deliver 2-3 days, day 7 ??????

It is now 2 weeks since l posted DBP44145075615 and another parcel in East London, destination Durban. On parcel was delivered, but not DBP44145075615, although they were posted together to the same destination. Usually this never takes more than 2 days. There is no place on the website for queries av but a parcel not delivered and no reply on the telephone, only prerecorded electronic messages. Even downloading the app did not help.
