7 calls to the service center placed on hold, then after long periods, the call is just dropped, delivery is overdue. Not impressed with the level of seevice

Parcel sent with Aramex from Cape Town on Monday 10th & still not delivered to Ballito - unable to reach Aramex office in Durban - when calling get out in a queue and hold for 3 minutes & get cut off every time! Very frustrating!!!!
