The person who is suppose deliver my parcels called the reciever on Friday and asked if they know someone in town who they can give parcels to?Yesterday called reciever and said they will deliver but never did.We have no feedback from them.

Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Was dropped off on Thursday and it's still sitting at the depot. Hasn't been shipped out and it's 4days now. No answer at the Durban branch.been calling for days. It's very frustrating. Especially since it's supposed to be an overnight service. Very disappointing

Disappointed, I've been tracking my parcel since it was sent & the record it's been saying the parcel is on its way to a final destination since 08/05 up until today it hasn't arrived & yet we pay our hard earned cash to receive our parcels faster!
