Aramex service is very poor i thought the parcel will be deliverd in a dae or 2 but it takes a week since iv sent a parcel

Your service is very poor, I'm so disappointed at Aramex. Since thursday 2nd May nothing has been received. They rescheduled the delivery i don't know for what reason. Very bad service.
