Good day Never have I dealt with a company that do not answer the phone but yet brag about how many workers they have. It is very bad if a person cannot after an hour on the phone still have no idea why the parcel is at customs what is needed to get it to be release. So I do hope we can receive an answer now. Thank you

Aramex service is very poor I've got my package that is held for customs clearance for almost 3 weeks now aramex send an email that I need to send the certain documents to them for the customs to realesed my parcel I did send the documents to them last I've been phoning and sending email to find out if they did get the documents the phone is ringing all alone for almost two weeks now I don't know howmany times did I call them per day up untill now I can't get hold of anyone the phone it ringing alone. I'm very disappointed cause I don't even know what is happening with my parcel.

Well... still waiting for my OVERNIGHT parcel.... the tracking shows it was out for delivery yesterday... perhaps the poor guy is lost.
