Very Bad service even when they call and you pickup they will not Answer my bank card they hang for more than one month and the delivery persone has no Ideia about the location and they delay not on Time Poor service

Facing extremely bad service and ridiculous feedback from the customer service. My shipment arrived at the destination city since NINE ( 9 ) days, not delivered yet. One customer service person told me that I have to call them to check if my shipment has arrived or not. They keep telling me that they sent an order for delivery, I’m still waiting.
