Sent my parcel on Thursday 14 03 2019 and to date not received no communication and no call to inform if there was a problem, when tracked the parcel shows attempted delivery on one was available,this is lies cause we were waiting from Friday morning and on call nothing and my whole Friday was wasted and today was hoping to receive nothing yet,very disappointed.

Pathetic service. They put on their delivery log false information when confronted they promise delivery the next day but nothing happens. I would rather go to another service provider

Poor service I received. I posted on Tuesday till today Friday items still hvnt reached destination

The service is poor my order was couriered from Joburg on 28 February 2019 and its destination is Newcastle KZN. However it had to go to Durban first and I am yet to receive it.

My parcel arrived at Johannesburg Airport or O.R on the 05/03/2019 even today is still under S.A.R.S and wonder why our own country is taking time to clear the goods whereas country like America and United Arab EMIRATES took a day only to clear the parcel. What is wrong about our law. We know it must be 3 working days but now it's more than that and no explanation given than to say waiting to be clear by SARS. For how long . That's why our people are dying after the dr has bought the medication from outside and takes up to 2 months for it to be cleared. This law should change and work like other countries to clear things with 3 working days . If its news agriculture it goes to agriculture and then to customs to be cleared. Aramex should also update the clients about their parcels.
