Delivery people don't call beforehand, nor when they are outside your premises. I have waited the entire day for deliveries that are supposedly attempted.

Really poor service. I've received a message this morning (12/03/19) around 8am that my package has arrived in George and I will get my package soon. How long does it take from George to Calitzdorp? A day?, 6 hours? Really??? It's only 1h29m drive!!!!!!
