Try helping you regular clients reduce their costs on courier. I have been using aramex for the past 3years but as my business grows I find it difficult to use your services, your bags are too small we have to use 2 aramex bags I know I would pay less if there were a little bigger bags R150 maybe. Who gets an account at aramect I Shipp almost 3 times a week you can look I'm my name on your system, for time and convince how about you arrange pick ups for your regular clients, offer custom way bills we astimate the weight and dimensions and pay then your drivers can pick up.

A delivery that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days is taking forever and they don't answer their phones. Tracking on their website is of no help at all.

My parcel was taken to my home address and not the address on the parcel. So they went away with my parcel. Aramex promised to deliver the following day, its almost lunch time, still waiting for my package. So disappointed.
