Poor service... a Laray phoned me on Tuesday said my package was on its way, just to tell me, they are at the wrong adress but the pavkage will reached me the following day which was yesterday ( 27 February ) I aclnowledge that we stay in a rual area, but its better not to make promises. I phoned Aremex ysterday and the lady asked me to hold on, i was kept on the line for more than 15 minutes & the phoned was dropped in me hear, i called back again and a nice lady told me that a 3rd party must come and collect the package & it could take 2-3 days so i am not sure when it will be delvired.

Terrible service. City to city supposed to reach the next day. My parcel was supposed to reach Durban from Johannesburg and went to Richards Bay. God knows why. All i got from Aramex was a sorry. Really disappointing

Can't track the parcel that was sent to me yesterday and it's annoying you guys need to improve your service.

Amarx has terrible service. I sent a parcel last week Tuesday and not once have they trief calling. The recepients neighbor saw the driver and asked ehy does he not call. The driver just left with the parcel without even trying to call either the sender or the recepient. This is my customer. I have lost business and i had be received a bad review due to amarex. I have had to sorve alternative means to drive and go meet the client She has refused amd demanded a refund I hold amarex Accountable for this.
