I’m trying to track my parcel which I sent from Pretoria to Ladysmith on the 12th of February. It says my parcel was delivered to a certain Annuscha in Johannesburg. I’ve never been this frustrated in my life . I want my parcel !!!!!

Very unreliable. Not willing to assist to track. Can't even tell you the ETD. They will keep on telling you about third party story. I'm so so disappointed
