Very inconsistent and poor service re waybill DBP46758516663 & customer reference number DUR-1221-2395 Package missing for x3 days, still not found and no new information from Aramex staff mid day Christmas eve.

Service is very bad I was told that I will recieve my parcel yesterday but it didn't arrive I have been in calling aramex from 14H00 till 16H15 no answer yesterday even now I started calling from 8H00am till now its 08H38am no answer they just drop phone after 25 min
Average system cannot speak to anyone package not where said it would be now not here for Xmas thank you very much If I could go minus four stars I would
The worst courier service you could ever imagine in terms of delivery time and being able to be contacted. If I didn't already have 3 business's to run I would start up my own version tomorrow
