What a disgrace for a courier company when the phone does not get answered so I guess that my parcel got stolen. Delivery was due on 16 November 2021 today is the 6 December 2021

What a Bad service from Aramax. I dnt know why shops dont offer us options to choose a courier company coz it will definitely be my last option. Poor service

An order that was placed on the 21/11/2021 and Aramex has collected my order from the clothing store on the 24 and today on the 3rd of December when I track my order it says Attempted delivery: incorrect or incomplete address but no one gave me a phone call from their company and strangely they didn't even leave Durban, and im here in EC Lusikisiki
