Inefficient service. My parcel arrived in South Africa but no one was processing it. Only after I followed up they said I must pay for the customs. I did this and parcel was cleared at customs ( according to tracking) it’s been 3 days since and the parcel still has not left to go to the depot that does dispatch . It’s been almost three weeks since my parcel arrived here in South Africa. That’s far too long. I don’t plan to use this service again. If I could leave zero star I would

Got my order On Aramex same day as the other one which fedex took but Aramex one is still in China while fedex one is in my hands in Cape Town

Very bad I have called them more than 5 times and my parcel is still not with me

one of the worst couriers I have come across not with just one delivery but every delivery. No tracking, no assistance takes double the time of everyone else

They are always late I won’t bother use their courier again... it’s been over a week now and nothing happens
