Customer support is not reachable
Hi. I am really disappointed at your service, i the past period you were taking three working days to deliver shipment to its destination. As if three days wasn't enough, now it's the 4th day. I courier my shipment on the 9th and today it is the 13th still not been delivered. What must one do to get a better service? Your service is extremely poor and does not deserve business at all. Out of 10, i give you -4. Thanks
Could not track the document effectively and the when checking online the tracker was not up to date with no information as the where the package was???
Sent a parcel hut when I track it the track number is not registered.

I am so disappointed that they sent me a message to say my parcel would be delivered today but they didn't.. Nobody even called to explain why it was not delivered.. I wish businesses would opt for another courier service. This is horrible
My local post office often charge per weight yet it takes weeks to deliver but with aramex i don't have a doubt, i meam i just went to PnP on Monday to submit my parcel and boom! My wife who is in Port Elizabeth has just received her anniversary gift from me who is in Gauteng.. Am so happy if my wife is happy..in less than 72 hours aramex made a fast,safe and effective delivery I won't hesitate to make use of your reliable services next time guyz..i rate you the best so far!!
