Recently, I have purchased an item from Amazon and it is delivered from USA on December 6, 2020. However, the branch here in Qatar delayed the delivery to me. It is now the 4th day since it is delivered to here. It took only one week to be delivered from USA, but the ARAMEX branch here is going to take more days... The customer service here are the worst. I had experience with DHL and it took only one day to deliver to my place.

Really poor service. I’ve called them more than a week ago I was told it will take 48 hours. I called them again after 48 hours and requested if they can’t deliver I can go n pick that up. They told me that I have to wait for 48 hours again to process that request. It’s been 10 days but I haven’t received my parcel yet
