Rather disappointed at the arrogant attitude of the driver form the Durban branch, who wanted to drop the parcel off at a local BP service station for his convenience, instead of delivering to the specified address on the waybill. Not to mention the delay in the delivery. Very disappointing and unacceptable I personally would give ZERO stars for rating this service, but not allowed by the system

Stop! Dont use Aramex
Parcel shioped by shipper on 2 July. Today 9 July my package still lying at head office absolutely no movement. Dont use aramex. If you walk yourself it will be faster and better.

Worst service ever from a courier They received a package in Cape Town for shipping to Johannesburg on 24 June (over 2 weeks ago) Presumably they have lost or stolen it as tracking data has not been updated since 24 June

The most reliable Courier such a please to deal with PostNet and Aramex. My parcel always arrives early.

I posted my parcel on 2nd July only showing today 9 July out for delivery. Why say 24 hours delivery and its taking a week for delivery
