I have sent a parcel last week Friday 05/06/2020 today it is Friday 12/06/2020 and the parcel has not yet been received. This tracking system is not working just typed my waybill number and it finds no record. small companies like SWE are way better than you guys.

Not impressed with service. Parcel dropped on 09/05 in PE meant for delivery in iDutywa has not arrived. This is bad!!!

I never had n problem but now if you phone it takes up to 45min you dont answer you never up date stuff on the app your partner that delivers in other areas take for ever as i said we never had a problem but now it is an problem realy
