Overnight delivery as discussed on the phone and ordered and paid for on Thursday morning did not happen despite order being done before half past 8 in the morning. Time sensitive materials that needed the overnight shipping turned into a 5 day debacle with delivery on Monday and no interest in resolving the issue from Aramex nor any contact to inform that the delivery would be delayed.

I have no words to Express my disappointment in this service,it is failing,the package that was meant for overnight delivery has still not arrived almost 3 months later...

Worst delivery. Was supposed to receive parcel on the 22nd may. Until now the 29th haven't received anything!

OVERNIGHT ===what a joke parcel collected 26th only departed 29th how is that overnight but clients get charged for overnight
