The WORST service ever. I sent a letter from Krugersdorp on Monday morning the 11th of May 2019 and to date the evening of the 16th of May 2019 it has not reached its destination. They take atleast 18 minutes to us your phone, then make you wait 13 minutes before they take your tracking number only to hang up on you. I have called both the Johannesburg and Cape Town number, if you eventually find an agent, they are useless and lie. The other one name Shekina or Shenica from Cape Town took my numbers promising to call back she never did. On Friday and Saturday their undisclosed agent or third party phoned the intended recipient promising to deliver but never did. I have spend the same amount I did on mailing the letter phoning them to listen to their annoying music and never get assistance. Their website is not updated as the parcel moves, the parcel has been stuck at Nelspruit since the 12th until today. It doesn't even show where in Nelspruit, just Nelspruit. Their agent uses a number that you cant even call back after receiving their call promising to deliver which they don't. This is the first time I use them and I regret. IN SHORT, PEOPLE OF SOUTH AFRICA DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS, YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. TELL ME WHERE MY PARCEL IS SO I CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO COLLECT IT. I WISH THERE WAS ZERO STAR TO RATE YOU.
I also don't recommend Aramex they don't communicate they only keep you waiting I've been waiting for my 2 orders till now

I wait 4 days for 2 parcels to be deliverd from amanzimtoti to ladysmith and 1 to cape town. If i track my parcel they said its still in durban north.... i phone them twice and wait for 5 minutes and still no answer only music.
Absolutely useless, don't respond to queries. My order has been stuck for more than 10 days and nobody prepared to assist. Worst courier company ever.
