I am very disappointed with your service. You told us it is a overnight delivery service. My package was picked up Tuesday and I am still waiting for it. I phoned numerous times yesterday and everybody told me we will phone you back but no one did. I had to phone again this morning to find out what is going on, just to be told it is going to take 2-3 days to receive my parcel. It is very unprofessional to tell us one thing and advertise on your website you are a overnight courier if it is not the case. I will not recommend you to anybody I know

Outstanding service, my parcel left Durban on the 10th March at 01h46 and was delivered in Cape Town at 10h00 on the same day. This really deserve 5 STAR RATING.

I have been waiting for my parcel for weeks now, and have been calling Aramex offices, they only just take my number and promise to call back after they have findout the cause of the delay. What a bad service

I am always happy with my service but Had two very bad experiences thus far. The manager at JHB was going to call me two hours ago, still no call. I tracked parcel to JHB on Sunday but only got delivered on Tuesday after I called them. I need to know why? Still no WHY????/

I have been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday, and now its friday still waiting. The app could not assist at all as it still state that i have no parcel to be delivered.
