Very bad experience I had booked for Abu Dhabi doorstep the send the shipment to Dubai ask demanding me to create Importer code and forcing to provide Dubai municipality approval it cost more than the shipment value. I have don't have any business activities in Dubai I had Abu Dhabi trade license.

I tracked my shipment this morning , it tells it is out for delivery , and i checked it again they said they attempt to deliver it to me and im not available , but no one on your team called me , i was waiting fornthe shipment from morning till now , and no one called me , no one attempt to advice me that my shipment will delivered today

Very poor Status of shipment said attempted delivery but infact there was no attempt made in the first place. Hence false information reflected on tracking

YOUR DELIVERY GUY WAS SO IMPATIENT FIRSTLY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED HE IS COMING TODAY OR EVEN GIVE ME A CALL OR A MESSAGE AN HOUR BEFORE HE JUST PHONED IM AT YOUR PLACE FOR WITHOUT EXPLAINING FOR WHAT I SAID GIVE ME 20MIN SO I CAN BE THERE THEN HE LEFT POOR SERVICE VERY POOR LET PEOPLE KNOW YOU COMING PLEASE.

Shocking service!!! Parcel seems to be missing.. No one telephone contact. Help line keeps telling me it's on its way.. Overnight since 8th January.. Its not the 14th.. I will never use aremex again
