I have not received my parcel yet they tell that I was not there to receive my parcel which is a bundle of lies my parcel is very very urgent and nobody replies to my messages customer service is very bad please do not use them

I am always amazed at Aramex. For over five years they have been delivering parcels safely to my Mom in Howick. Once I was on my way to drop off my parcel and I missed the collection time. As I drove on, I drop past the Aramex truck, flagged him down, he stopped and took my parcel. What service!!!!!!!!Now I'm delivering parcels to a family in Philippolis and I know that they will do it well. Price is good, they have never let me down, I am a very happy customer!
