Aramex review by Waseela

Worst service ever. Aramex was supposed to pick up an item for return in early October and no one appeared. Tried calling many times, no answer. Also i made an order almost 15 days ago, and it is at aramex facility for more than 3 days now, again no answer or responce on their side. I will stop making online purchases if aramex is the courier for that website. It doesn't even deserve the single star, but the review cannot be submitted without rating
