I sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Thursday 8th August 2019...it was meant to be delivered on Friday..when i tracked the parcel earlier it has been out on delivery today since 6.48am this morning...and up till now still nothing...ive been calling the Jhb office and im put on hold for 15 -20 mins at a time...that has happened more than 10 times today...ive called Cpt office and each time i need tk hear it has been escalated...it sickens me the terrible service Aramex is giving their customers...why promise an overnight service if you guys cant meet your promises...even if it couldnt be delivered because of the holiday on friday why has it been out for delivery for the past 10 hours when Montague gardens to Bellville is not more than 30 minutes...i think i should put this on Hello Peter

The parcel was sent on the 1st of August and so far tiday is 11th and it has not yet arrived. Extremely unreliable courier. People must be desperate to choose this company next time.

I was amazed when I got confirmation that she received the package. My initial negative comments were due to the consultant in cape town who mentioned that parcel will be delivered on Monday because today is a public holiday. Thank you ,Once again

My parcel was drop off at Tuesday 6/08/19 and was supposed to be delivered at the latest on Thursday 8/08/19. We have a wedding and my girls are supposed to wear the clothes that is inside the parcel. They are the bridesmaids. This is the most pathetic courier service ever. The next time I will make use of Courier Guy. Their service is excellent!

Just as you boldly state that you offer an overnight delivery service, you should state as boldly that it takes you up to 72 hours for you to deliver to outlying areas.
