This is a bad courier company. I'm still waiting (6 days already) for my package to be delivered from Durban. I tracked my package, said it has been send from Durban July 30th and that I wasn't available July 31st to receive it. Which is BS, I never received a call that they at my gate whatsoever. It's August 8th already and still no sign of my package. This is the worst courier company in South Africa ever!
I have tried to use aramex due to the impression of a fast and effective delivery service advertised but each time I did I am unable to track my parcel for two to four days after it has been submitted , once my tracking code has been entered into the system almost a week later it takes between another 3 to 5 days before it actually arrives at its destination 40kms away!!!!!!! I have had this experience each time using Aramex and will simply not use it again, I do not recommend it for anyone!!!!!

You advertise overnight delivery? 48 hours later and still no sign of this parcel. Very disappointing! And embarrassing. Will go elsewhere.
Poor service I paid for parcel to be delivered I. 3 working days but unfortunately my parcel was delivered after 15 days, and wen u call their office they keep on saying it Wil be delivered soon
