I was hone at the time of delivery but instead of ringing the doorbrll the delivery driver decided to put my parcel over a 6ft locked gate...not impressed when i work from home.

Pathetic company made of equally useless people and services. Driver lying about attempting to deliver my parcel when in fact he didin't even come anywhere near my street. My parcel is lost and the company constantly postpones giving me ANY information about it. I don't know where it is and I don't know when I will find out. Truly pathetic service. The so called company is such a failure that they should actually think about closing it.

Yet again this app is pants. Tried to track vehicle which has my parcel. Get confronted with ad which wants to install on my phone! Think again. Tried vpt or something and it tells me all about a vast network in INDIA!!!!!!! COME ON YODEL . Hope you don't send it there, I'll never get it. Rubbish app. Removed.

The items are good quality and big variety but when it comes to delivery.... There is no message saying when or if the parcel will be delivered sooner. There is no number to contact the driver. They need to get better at delivery.

This company is a joke, it's the third time their delivery driver is literally lying about me not being home while I waited there for the whole day. They didn't even bother knocking on my door and I didn't know anything until I checked the order status online. Now it says my parcel should arrive 14th June - today is 15th and there's no parcel nor any options available to manage the parcel and Yodel doesn't want to give me the delivery driver's phone number.

Not only did they not attempt to deliver my item, but they claimed they did and that they left a card, which was also a lie.

Absolutely hopeless customer service. I'm amazed you can pick up a phone as you can't manage to be honest or answer questions when asked. Wouldn't recommend yodel to my worst enemy

Completely useless. Lost “One of Four” cartons in a consignment, call centre a total joke. Two weeks later, carton lost irretrievably, then failed to complete a next working day consignment if replacement from Vendor. USELESS!!

My parcel was meant to be delivered on the 7/6/19 then found out the driver could not find the address due to the seller not placed the full address on parcel. I phoned first thing in Tuesday morning 11th to organize a delivery. Was told it would be delivered on the Thursday. Nothing shows up. I contact yodel again and was told it would be Friday.. ? Still nothing. Hopeless service. I shouldnt have to chase them them up. I told the. I need by Friday 14th before 4.00 and was lied to. No common sense to find the full address out for themselfs. Theres a thing called Google maps. I'm not a racist but would be handy and more helpful to have someone who speaks Scottish on the helpline. Bad service!
