Paid for 2 day delivery on tuesday in the UK. It's been 6 days and no tracking after Germany? I'm worried as I need this medication? What do I do ?who do I call ?

Long delivery times and very little update on what is happening. Was en route to hub for 2 days!

Tracking info didn’t work on their website. Had to use 3rd party website, delivery a day late and no contact made. Should not take 45 mins to get info from a copy and pasted number!
