I have had a package at my local fedex center since Monday. I could understand A 1 or maybe 2 day delay because of weather.Now we are waiting our 5 day With no delivery date available. This package has been loaded on a delivery Truck every day and taken back to the Facility every day. This is really poor service!

This was terrible driver left heavy package half mile from our porch and my 68 year old husband had to carry it home. Sheer laziness as the house number is clearly on the front of package.

Very bad service in South Gate 90280. I had never been so dissatisfied with any service like this. I never received my package since a purchase from 12-28-2018. I was informed the package was just left on my porch. I have no idea who’s porch they left this on. My family was home for Christmas vacation, nothing never came. Then to top it off the Fed Ex driver came to our house and approached my family member telling her he delivered the package and basically calling us liars because we never received this package and was trying to have her sign for something we never received. He should of been concerned initially instead of being lazy and dumping it off anywhere. Then Fed Ex denied the claim. But the retailer apologized and will replace the item. Just a shame that I had to go through this. Another thing about the driver he also asked my family member to see if our neighbors had cameras or ask them, but yet he been working this area for years and everyone knows him in this area of South Gate by South Gate park. He should be more familiar with delivering the packages correctly. SMH! Bad employee and service. Thiis time I had them deliver the package to the store and I will go get. This driver don’t deserve not even ”ONE STAR “!
