The message received regarding tracking of my package is it will be updated in 24 hours. Package arrived in Sydney NSW. Dated 26 December it is now 31 December and still has not been updated. Package still not delivered Not impressed with this service.

My parcel tracking says still in Sydney since the 13th December. Was a gift for my daughter's 40th Birthday. FastWay, I don't think so, more like Slow Way.. no tracking updates!!I get parcels from USA quicker! One angry customer.

Hopeless service. Package is now 11 days overdue. Tracking still says Dispatched, not even In Transit. If at all possible, don't use.

A month ‘express’ delivery from Melbourne to Perth is not good enough. Their own system had expected delivery 10 days ago. Would not use again

Over 10 days, things at depot. All my contact details were available and I had to follow up. Still waiting. My husband had problems with this company too, might be worth from up above to look at logistics- obviously from all the bad reviews the company are not doing a good job.
