Tracking is ridiculous and delivered takes 10 times longer than and other company..if they don't loose it.

Shocking service. I cringe when i buy something on ebay and find out its being sent by fastway...i can guarantee its not going to be delivered on time. Over a week and no update on my delivery. Should be sloway tpt. Not happy jan

Absolutely hopeless! Been waiting since 8/12/21, you guys are in Melbourne and it takes that long to get to broadmeadows, this is a friggin xmas gift! If I knew it took that long to deliver, would never have ordered it!! One word...hopeless!

Extremely slow delivery. Use another company if you want something to arrive in a reasonable time frame
