Was supposed to receive order on the 29th of September and it still isn’t here. Never received any updates as to where my parcel is. Last update was on the 20th two days after I bought an item. It’s been saying it’s with one of their couriers since the 20th so…. No updates at all and it’s a week late.

Gave one star as no option for big fat zero...which is the same info I get about my missing parcel due 2 September. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM ANYONE WHO USES FASTWAY / AMAREX. All I can do is laugh...beyond belief.

Parcels due for delivery 2 September. I accept there are delays...however no communication since 31 august and cannot contact anyone. Unacceptable. Will not use or order from anyone who uses this delivery co in future.

I have been waiting for a parcel that has been in Processing since the 10/9 and is still in processing in the 24/9

Worst courier I’ve ever used. They don’t keep appointments and are late delivering parcels. If you can contact them they have every excuse why there is a problem. Not their fault and don’t take any responsibility. They are so bad they changed their name.

Dreadful service my parcel was due on 17 sept it is now 22 still nothing. Tried calling its engaged i guess so they dont have to justify. Nothing but useless and liars.
