Has been waiting at the facility since September 2nd it’s now the 9th today with no update and it’s brought from a close suburb in the same state

Still haven't recieved my package was ment to recieve my package on the 18th Aug it's now the 8th September and still waiting. I noticed the name of the company has changed from Fastway couriers now I know why, you are no way FAST!!!!!

It didn't come on the date it was meant to come and there not sending any notification and it has a green circle delivered and it was meant to be here on the 7th of September and it didn't I'm not buying from this store ever ageen
