Apparently they can't help find out what they've done with your belongings and either never delivered it or felt more then happy to leave it somewhere around apartments. I was home they day it was apparently delivered not a knock or a ring or a parcel. Worst delivery service.

Hi my order was delivered to a wrong address, but I thank the family that received my parcel, they gave it to us. I could loose my money if the family weren’t good. I don’t know if the delivery man can read my address.

Fastway is far from fast...dont think I will order from a company who choose Fastway for their deliveries...its a joke COVID or no COVID there is nothing fast about their service and trying to email or contact someone is just as hard...

Hunter Express is far more better than fastway courier. Bad costumer service and very slow. Not gonna use this courier anymore.

Items never on Time, and no responses. Waiting ages for a part or product to arrive. They say they tried to attempt delivery but nothing seen insight, no card, no callback. Always had problems with this business. Wouldn’t recommend using them to send me anything.
