Not happy with the service and the website. My parcel is always delivered later. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars.

Absolutely disgusted! We left the gate open and kept watch. Driver came late in the day and never atrempted to deliver our parcel, instead just putting the collection slip into the letterbox. Now we have to wait indefinitely until it arrives at the collection depot while the lazy slob drives around with it. This delivery company is very bad for th ed businesses they deliver for. We will be avoiding companies who use Fastway to deliver. Sorry, this cannot be more positive about Fastway.
