Pathetic service - twice now delivery courier has left a card without knocking or ringing doorbell while I have been at home. Would not recommend this delivery service.

They said they tried to deliver yesterday but I was home all day common now the person on the phone says it's coming today but the website still says that it's somewhere else awaiting my instructions even though I've given them instructions and number of times

Sitting at home waiting for parcel the driver didn't even knock on the door just put a card straight in the door and left appalling' service I say. Get drivers with some customer service for god sake disgusted
