Wait home all day, no one knock on the door but found a card in the letter box. Call up fast way and got no where. Still haven't received my parcel. Pour delivery. Pathetic customers service

I wish I could give zero stars. These guys are useless useless useless. 4 times I contacted them to get my parcel and they ended up returning to sender. What a circus outfit.

I have had multiple deliveries with then recently and they have all been late. Tracking is never accurate and customer service never follow through. Quite frustrating

Sh*t service, over the past few years I've had several packages arrive crushed, bent or broken... Their tracking service doesn't even provide the address of the place I need to pick my package up from after failing to deliver it. Unbelievable...
