This is the worst service I have experienced. I have been home for 3 weeks injured and no one even tried to drop my parcel off.

You have tried twice to deliver my parcel both times we were home don't think anybody rang the door bell know I want it delivered and left on the front verandah thank you

I've found them to be a bit lazy. They don't come to the door. They just leave a collection card in the letterbox. I paid for the items to be delivered, to my door.

Never use fw my item was meant to be here on the 11/9/19 now it may be here on 17/09/19 from Sydney to gold coast what a joke

They have my item on board for delivery in the last 4 days and still can’t deliver.

The worst delivery company around Have had someone waiting for 3 days now after being promised my item will be delivered by their staff who have no idea The deliver my guy must be blind to not see the sprinkler on. My mum didn't even get a chance to go to the front door before he left I will ensure everything I get sent in future is not being sent via this company. I'm still waiting !!
