Over 5 days without ONE update on where the package may actually be, wish we could leave a tiny portion of a star because that's about the max that's deserved imo.

Canada Post seems to have lost the plot, how difficult is it to update the info on the packages that they're supposed to be transporting and delivering, five or six days with NO updates/tracking, don't even know if they're still in possession of said package, smh unreal. If You can avoid it, don't use Canada Post, every other delivery service is miles ahead of this gong show.

Apparently, Canada Post took possession of a cross border package 5 days ago but since then there's been no update or tracking information available smh. Expedited packages from the other side of the country take less time than this with any other delivery service, won't be using CanPost in the future ever again.
