Apparently, Canada Post took possession of a cross border package 5 days ago but since then there's been no update or tracking information available smh. Expedited packages from the other side of the country take less time than this with any other delivery service, won't be using CanPost in the future ever again.

We mailed the same parcel as this one 4 times by register during 2019 excepting this one.The deliver destination address, size of parcel and content are all the same.Normally, the recipient could sign it on the third day.But this time, my parcel is still staying in mississauga up to now-the third day. We originally would like the register as before, the clerk strongly recommended X-presspost not explaining why.Moreover, this cost $24.70 rather than about $13.50 before.The clerk manner felt like very bad and the receipt was put somewhere on the counter not getting it over to us.We are appreciating the office services before.We are really looking forward to the office working better and better when we see them sooner.Thanks for watching this so much.
