Packages show up in good condition 99.5 times out of a 100, usually on time and sending letters is super affordable. Not many shipping companies will send something for a few dollars!

They seem to have no idea where my package is. Tag a ticket for investigation and calling Every 2 days to find ticket case closed. Not even notified. Big run around would not use again service is worst that ups.
