They seem to have no idea where my package is. Tag a ticket for investigation and calling Every 2 days to find ticket case closed. Not even notified. Big run around would not use again service is worst that ups.

The terms are way too broad. "In transit" that's all I get. It doesn't say where, if it's even left the province of origin.....nothing....just "In transit". My package was in transit as soon as the originator placed it in his car and started driving to the post office. Does the package tracker mean to say he is still driving to the post office 4 days later?

Sent a package express post, was not delivered in time was expected, why pay for the extra cost of it if it’s not going to be there? Frustrating

Awful. !! Payed 70 for an exprés delivery supposed to be delivered in 7 days. 15 days and nothing. Trekking said still in transit.
