Very disappointed. Paid a lot for xpress 2 day shipping for a surprise care package and it was not delivered on time so now the person won’t get the package because he won’t be at the residence for another week. So much for the baking that was inside let alone the money I wasted to ship it fast.

Horrible service here in Sudbury,On. My parcel was delivered from Vancouver and arrived in Sudbury 2 days. The worst part is I checked my tracking # it said my parcel is on delivery "on truck" in Sudbury to my house and i haven't received it yet and it's been 4 days lol. So from Vancouver to Sudbury it took 2 days, from Sudbury to my house in Sudbury down the street literally 10 mins from post office it's taking more than 4 days. Does that make any sense? Horrible!!! I'll never recomend Canada Postal nor ever again do business with them. My star rating is a zero

Third time Canada Post delivered my items from Amazon but nothing (not even a delivery note) appears in my mailbox/condo mailbox. Each time I’ve to call to enquire where’s my items.
