Third time Canada Post delivered my items from Amazon but nothing (not even a delivery note) appears in my mailbox/condo mailbox. Each time I’ve to call to enquire where’s my items.

I shipped an urgently needed document to Colombia on 15/02/19. I was assured it would be delivered in 4 business days. Today is the 26 and no sign of it. I feel ripped off !!
