Never even attempted to deliver package just stuff the notice I'm my mail box while I stand behind watching wasn't until he left and I open mail box that I realized what he did I guess penguin pickup gonna be booming soon

This is the 3rd time the the delivery driver claimed to attempt delivery I've been home all day and there was no attempt just a notice in my mailbox if they are gonna come into the building at least buzz so I can come down to pick it up why even bother driving the package around if your not even gonna try to deliver it

So many packages I have sent have either disappeared or taken a real long time to get delivered. I sent a parcel from Kelowna to Terrace.. tracking says it was delivered on Monday 23rd.. he has not received it as of 09/25! I’m sure she said it would be there Tuesday . Why do I pay so much to get it there and it goes astray?? I’m tired of this!
