So many packages I have sent have either disappeared or taken a real long time to get delivered. I sent a parcel from Kelowna to Terrace.. tracking says it was delivered on Monday 23rd.. he has not received it as of 09/25! I’m sure she said it would be there Tuesday . Why do I pay so much to get it there and it goes astray?? I’m tired of this!

Very poor service. Received email from eBay stating delivery service had left at my door regarding package pickup. This is 100% FALSE!!!! I was home the entire day and no one came by to leave any note. That’s a blatant lie. Ended up wasting a lot of time playing phone tag trying to figure out where my order would possibly be. I gave one star out of five but only because 0 stars of 5 is not possible. Again, VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
