They delivered my package to the wrong City, the wrong address, because of a mistake on their part, and now they can't even tell me whether or not they've been able to locate my parcel and recover it. I've now been sitting for two days waiting to know whether or not they've lost a $700 package. Truly an embarrassing postal service

Delivered nearly $1000 package to the wrong city, and now have no clue where it is or when they can recover it. An entire Van worth of packages went to THE WRONG location and now they can't even tell me where they can recover my package. What a terrible service, this is why no one uses them unless forced to do so.

I paid a lot of money to priority worldwide a parcel as it needed to be at the destination by Friday the 20th. It did not arrive and I see that my receipt says expected. I was not informed that it may not make it. Canada post seriously needs to inform their customers that they may be paying that high priced amount for a service that cannot be guaranteed . Sadly I am out the money and the package did not get to its destination when needed
